　　It’s the first in more than a decade that Arab Nations setting down with Israel for a new round of Middle East peace talks. Tuesday’s negotiations are scheduled at the US Naval Academy in the Annapolis, Maryland.
　
　　Fire crews in Southern California are hoping winds stay calm so that they can contain a wild fire. So far the blaze has scorched more than 4700 acres in Malibu, destroyed 50 homes. Officials say the fire is about 40 percent contained.
　
　　Ground beef buyers of seven states in the east and middle east need to check their meat. A Wisconsin company is voluntarily recalling almost 96,000 pounds of ground beef products after 2 people got sick.
　
　　Eunice Kennedy Shriver, sister of John F. Kennedy, has been hospitalized. Shriver was admitted to Massachusetts General on Nov. 18 and was listed in fair condition. Shriver founded the Special Olympics and helped transform the America’s view of the mentally disabled.
