电力施工企业财务管理模式的探讨

摘要： 市场经济的发展要求企业的管理应以财务管理为中心，良好的财务管理体制能有效地预测与控制各种风险的发生，从而使企业的筹资、投资、经营等活动健康地发展。本文在分析了施工企业现有财务管理模式的基础上，提出施工企业实行财务管理集中化与归口分级相结合的模式 ，总结了财务管理集中化应当采取的措施与归口分级相结合的原则。

Discussion on the Financial Management Mode of Electrical Construction Enterprises

Abstract: Subject to the development of market economy, the business management shall focus on the management of finance. A good management system in finance will be effective in forecasting and controlling the risks for the healthy development in the activities of money raising, investment and operation. On the basis of analyzing the existing financial management mode, in this thesis, a mode combining centralized management and management at different levels is suggested and the measures that should be adopted in centralized management and the rules of combining it with management at different levels are summarized.
