Rescue workers in central China are frantically searching for survivors in rubble like this. Heavy rain continues to fall in the area after a 7.9-magnitude earthquake killed about 10,000 people. Chinese officials say there is a push to clear roads and restore electricity as soon as possible.
 
It's been a spring plagued by strong storms. Severe weather in Missouri, Oklahoma, Georgia and Alabama has killed at least 26 people. In Maryland, one emergency official says the state is experiencing possibly its worst flooding in five years.
 
The Democratic presidential hopefuls are making their final push as voters go to the polls Tuesday in West Virginia's primary. While Barack Obama leads in both pledged and super delegates in the fight for the nomination, Hillary Rodham Clinton expects a big win in the Mountain State.
 
And next time you stop to smell the roses, they could be less fragrant. A group of scientists now say pollution is tainting the molecular build-up that causes a flower to smell so sweet.
