Michael Vick is starting his time behind bars. That is according to a US marshal and court documents. Vick is scheduled to be sentenced next month on the federal dog-fighting conspiracy charge. But documents show Vick decided to turn himself into authorities at Northern Neck Regional Jail in Warsaw of Virginia in anticipation of a prison term. He pled guilty in running a dog fighting operation out of his home in southern Virginia. He could face up to five years in prison. In addition, he faced a similar dog fighting charges in the State Court. Vick was an All-star quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons when his League troubles began. An arbitrator ruled that he would have to return nearly $20 million in bonuses money to the team, which says he used some of the money to bankroll the dog-fighting.
