如今做母婴产品的商家多如牛毛,不少商家都在抢占这2亿的母婴市场,蜜芽宝贝、贝贝网、红孩子等等数不胜数,连京东母婴自营、天猫母婴、亚马逊直邮也都剑指母婴行业。如何在众多商家中,分到一块又大又好吃的蛋糕呢?

母婴行业数不胜数的厂商,谁的蛋糕大且好吃,现在还真是不好说,市场总是瞬息变化,永远都不知道下一刻会发生怎样的奇迹,那该如何做呢!

俗话说:“知己知彼,方能百战百胜”,既然是母婴行业,我们就得先了解我们的客户群体需要什么,她们的喜好是什么,平时的购买渠道是什么方式,线下or线上。妈妈们面对越来越同质化的商品,她们比任何时候都关注商家的服务意识及品牌意识,服务意识是妈妈们了解你产品的情形下是否因为你贴心的设计和贴心的服务而感动到,品牌意识强调的是你的老客户给你的评分和是否愿意再次购买使用,如果你的老客户根本就没拿你当回事,也别想着新客户会信任你,危机和商机总是一致的。就像咔拉宝宝CEO曾在员工会议上说过的,当你真正切实的了解到客户内心需要什么,并为此用心的做好这样的东西,那么你离成功又进了一步。

虚拟空间打碎了物理空间的时间成本和交通成本,原来的母婴渠道体系最基本的流程是厂家、渠道、经销商、门店最后再到消费者,而如今,电商平台改造的行业营销链条已经给了消费者直接面对厂家的优势 ,这也是为什么母婴商家热衷于加盟各类电商平台的原因。有行业大佬说过,在母婴行业,原本企业同行的做法就是“渠道推广品牌”,电商渠道具有天然的媒体属性,因此,通过电商渠道推广品牌是明智的,但是同时,如果放着优质的品牌建设渠道不用,反过来追求快速变现的团购模式,销售你的产品,那就是本末倒置的愚蠢行为。
